The popular annual exhibit returns to the Norris Gallery, featuring original works in water-based media. Exhibit dates are February 22 through April 11. The gallery is open to the public Wednesday through Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is always free.

A free, public reception and awards presentation will be held on Sunday, March 15, 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
